We had a flood in our bathroom and First General was so good to work with. The project manager Brad, responded very quickly to our call and made a very frustrating situation so much easier. Communication was excellent and Brad made us feel supported through the entire process explaining every step along the way. He even coordinated with our insurance adjuster. They did a fantastic job and couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend First General.

The guys from First General came to our home in a timely manner after we called them and worked hard to try and find our issue under our home. Both Brad and Joel got right to work and where very caring about fixing our problem. The price was fair and really tried to save us money. In the end,they did.
We even had a phone call from Brad on the weekend and evenings to see how we where doing. Top notch customer service Brad!!!!
